As a Founders Associate you are the right hand of the founders, build up new departments independently and with full responsibility, develop teams and processes and step in wherever there is a need. You will sit at the table at important strategy meetings and, if you wish, gain insight into all areas. Your position is very close to the management level and your actions have a strong influence on whether 35up will be successful.

• You graduated from a top university with a degree in Business, Economy, Math, Physics or a similar field
• You gained first experience in the startup environment
• You are passionate, curious, reliable, and you like a challenge in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
• You take the initiative when you see an opportunity

• You love to take over responsibility 
• You are a fast learner and can work autonomously
